You're right, I'm not so great at determining AI generated vehicles. The light definitely looks to be off perspective-wise though.

Doing a bit more digging, it seems it was a beach patrol for New Smyrna Beach in FL done for like photo ops and meet & greet stuff. I only found one post about it on a historical FB group.
