No idea what's being said but I'm thinking they've decided this oval ragtop is a bit too far gone:

They stated that this is a quite rare '57 oval bug.
It's a standard model with cable brakes and without chrome trim but with that ragtop as an extra.
This seems to be a quite uncommon and rare option. They assumed about 10 cars may have been built.
The extra charge for the ragtop option was almost the same as for a fully equipped export model with hydraulic brakes.

well hell, if they don't want it, ship it to me! ill do something with it. im thinking there's enough there to fix to stick on an RLR chassis and have a pro mod.

and this is all the body you need. the rest is aluminum firewall and interior panels and fiberglass/carbon fiber body panels

im telling you, there's a project there!
