No, not me... :D My first guess was Suggs may be...
It looks like the pic was taken in the U.S. but I have no clue if Madness toured there back then. :?:

May be we should start a riddle topic! :)

Now back to the topic at hand...

The pic was of Gwen Stefani with her brother, Eric, who started No Doubt and left the band right before their Tragic Kingdom album. He became an illustrator for shows like The Simpsons.

Wasn't aware No Doubt started as a Madness cover band :o :)

They had a hit over here in '97 but for some reason I never payed much attention to them...

It's always the least cool songs that become popular, it seems. That song was when I thought the band started being less interesting to me. They went from ska-punk to pop to white noise.

i can only hope you're joking. if not go back and listen to there first 3 albums No Doubt, The Beacon Street Collection, and Tragic Kingdom. those albums are fucking awesome!

and i guess while you're at it, if you haven't already, look into a little band called Save Ferris. they've got a couple albums called It Means Everything, and Modified. that are pretty damn good to. they got big because No Doubt got big. similar styles and of course both fronted by hot chicks.
