Re: Models and RC cars

Holy cow, an RC Schwim! That's fantastic!

I've been watching tons of the crawling videos from RCSparks for the last couple of months.

Hey! Speaking of RCSparks, he did an unboxing vid today!

Re: Models and RC cars

been a subscriber to rcsparks for years now, didn't watch that video though. frankly id rather dry shave my balls with a shard of glass. nothing against medic, but fuck traxxas. i never watch videos that say traxxas in the title. hey he's got a forum to, i post there once in a blue moon. https://www.rcsparks.com/forum/ good stuff on there. its mostly scalers and crawlers. good info and a good group of people over there.

iv been thinking about getting a scaler for a while. probably just get the axial, but iv got my eyes on the hpi. just a lack of info for that one and hpi's still restructuring so... only thing stopping me is i really don't have a place to use one, and iv got 14 other RC's to screw around with and really don't drive those much anymore. i have a tendency to buy, build, set up, and loose interest

Re: Models and RC cars

Well I'm brand new to the hobby so I'm spending a lot of time reading about stuff and realizing I can't afford it. The one I linked is the 1/10 that I could find that had mostly positive reviews.

The rcsparks forum guys are the ones that suggested it in fact. Good bunch over there for sure.

Re: Models and RC cars

first time you buy a hobby grade RC you'll crap your pants over cost. infrastructure and support cost is what gets ya. adds up quick.

That's incredible! I will say thought that I would have wanted to see more of the interior if it were something I had done.

It reminds me of this. It's a toy that a family friend gave me, knowing my love for the car:

Cool slot cars but that scale is huge. Do you have some customer track they run on?
